So often we hold back what is within us due to our upbringing.
This book assists in putting our lives into percpective. Allowing what we were brought up as wrong to learn that there is a gift inside us.
Good intro for psychic abilities

This workbook was helpful for understanding how intuitive you are. The most helpful info was the one section for oracle cards/tarot cards/ how to use a pendulum. I became an avid pendulum user when I realized how easy it was. Choquette uses this book to let us know how she developed as a psychic. It is what it is. I still recommend this book to anyone trying to develop a spiritual practice and trying to hone their intuition.
Inspiring workbook to develop psychic skills

I am more than halfway through this workbook. As a therapist I am impressed by the step by step clearing process that she initiates. I am enjoying exploring myself as I open to more of my psychic skills and I love her playful attitude and encouragement. I will recommend this book to anyone wanting to increase their psychic awareness.
Light but Interesting

I really enjoy Sonia Choquette’s writing. This is an enjoyable read, however I felt like I had passed the middle of the book without even feeling any psychic developmental benefit. I learned life lessons through this book, which is something incredible to say about a book, but for a book on psychic development, I like something with more structure and techniques. I felt like Sonia talked a lot about metaphysics and then at the very end tacked on a little bit about psychometry. There was absolutely nothing about giving psychic readings. But perhaps I was misguided to expect that. Anyhow, I would recommend this book purely due to its interesting writing style and subject matter, but as far as a guide for psychic development, there are other books out there with more structure and techniques, like Debra Katz’ You Are Psychic: The Art of Clairvoyant Reading & Healing and Extraordinary Psychic: Proven Techniques to Master Your Natural Psychic Abilities. Still, I think Sonia is a gentle soul and that you could also gain from reading her book.

Loved it so much I read it over and over. I meditate a lot easier now and I tried the pendulum and it really works if you ask the right questions. I would recommend this book to anyone who is spiritual.
